I moved to Phoenix the 1st time in the early 80,s when I worked for APS @ Palo Verde Nuclear Station, then back in 2004 when I decided to permanently make the move back to Phoenix. Phoenix is truly unique in many aspects, but especially its Real estate market. I know the diversities and specialties of each neighborhood.
